Bright 100 m² house in a peaceful setting, fully renovated, furnished, and equipped. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A spacious bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine with air conditioning complete the upper floor. Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate garden. There’s a pond available for fishing, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop. The heated pool is covered—perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October). The pool is yours to use throughout your stay. The house is in Contres, 3 km from the town center where you’ll find shops, a pool with hydrobubbles, and a biscuit shop. It’s in the heart of the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), near the Beauval Zoo, Cheverny golf course, and the Mini-Châteaux Park in Amboise. Small pets are welcome. Bed linen is included during your stay. Towels are available on request for an extra charge.
