Bright 100 m² house in a peaceful setting, fully renovated, furnished, and equipped. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, as well as another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A spacious shower room with toilet and a mezzanine with air conditioning complete the upper floor. Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate plot. A pond is available for fishing. You’ll also find a pétanque court and a basketball hoop. The heated pool is covered, perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October). The house is in Contres, 3 km from the town center where you’ll find shops, a pool with hydro-massage jets, and the Saint-Michel biscuit factory. Located in the heart of the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), near Beauval Zoo, Cheverny golf course, and the Amboise Mini-Châteaux Park. Small pets are allowed. Bed linen is included during your stay. Towels are available on request for an extra fee.
